We’re a professional design, web and marketing studio, based in Old Portsmouth. We are looking for a marketing specialist with a passion for writing to work on multiple clients’ projects delivered to the highest standards.

The role

• Collaborate with our in house team to deliver a range of marketing communications for our clients; you’ll contribute your marketing knowledge and copywriting skills

• Research, write and update information for clients’ websites, company collateral and devise copy for other online and offline marketing materials

• Brainstorm, recommend and create content for client campaigns and marketing plans, in conjunction with clients

• Contribute to high-engagement social media content that reflects the brand voice of each client

• Liaise with clients to ensure that marketing collateral content is correct, on message and fit for purpose

• Work with the client manager and graphic designers to ensure that marketing collateral is compelling, accurate and delivered to deadline

The person

• Excellent writing skills – flawless spelling, punctuation and grammar

• Experience and confidence with customer engagement, face to face or over the phone, and happy to communicate and contribute to internal team meetings

• Experience developing creative copy for a range of marketing communications, such as websites, blogs, promotional materials, social media, editorials, adverts

• Competent completing marketing projects according to a given style and to deadlines

• Happy to work closely with creative designers on multiple projects for a range of clients

• Able to take and translate written and oral client briefs to produce effective and accurate, on brand content

• Confident liaising with prospect customers and existing valued customers

• Enthusiastic and ready to become a key member of our friendly, close-knit team
