Don’t look back… Yes we will! A look at Creative Clique’s 17-year journey

With the recent buzz around Oasis reuniting for sell-out shows next year, it’s impossible to avoid office debates about indie bands and ticket prices. Their iconic tracks, like “Wonderwall,” are back on repeat, but here at Creative Clique HQ, it’s another anthem that’s ringing in our ears: “Don’t Look Back in Anger.”

Why? Because while we’re definitely looking back, it’s not in anger. In fact, we’re celebrating with joy as we reflect on our 17 years as a successful creative agency.

When Jo and Glenn Alexander launched Creative Clique in a small office at the Brush Factory in Fratton, they had a clear mission: to create a unique creative and design agency serving Portsmouth and beyond. What started as a passion project in a modest space has blossomed into a thriving business with a tight-knit team and an impressive portfolio of loyal clients who continue to choose us time and time again.

Fast forward to today, Creative Clique has grown into an eight-strong team based in a beautiful studio in Old Portsmouth. As we gear up to celebrate our 17th year in business, we’re proud to reflect on the incredible relationships we’ve built along the way. From working with local favourites like the Coastal Kitchen Family and Biscoes Solicitors to national clients like CH&CO, we’ve made some incredible connections and creations!

In January 2024, our hard work was recognised when we picked up the Shaping Portsmouth Business of the Year Award. It’s no surprise, given the magic we bring to projects like the recent rebranding of The A Bar, one of Portsmouth’s leading restaurants. Our ability to craft innovative yet appropriate solutions within any budget is a testament to our dedication and expertise.
