Rebrand & Website Design for Tony Wood Hairdressing

For over 41 years, the central clock tower on Castle Street has been home to Tony Wood Hairdressing. It’s an incredibly well-known local business, so when they approached us for a rebrand, we knew it was important to both tread carefully and be bold.

Introducing... The Woods.

We worked closely with the team to create a new visual palette, including a new logo, colour scheme and brand feel. After numerous iterations, we settled on a modern logo that keeps the same scissors graphic they are known for while subtly playing on the ‘woods’ theme and acknowledging their heritage (or their ‘roots’).

We then designed and built a new website with fresh copy aligned to their tone of voice, all while maintaining a simple functionality for users. The result is a sleek, colourful website that matches the vibrant approach to hairstyling they are loved for. 

And of course, we finished the package with newly branded versions of The Woods’ day-to-day materials, including (but not limited to): business cards, loyalty cards, staff uniforms, signage, posters, window graphics and more.
