Understanding the target market’s expectations for sophistication, we focused on developing a brand that exuded exclusivity and class while maintaining the professionalism of the parent company.
To bring this vision to life, we designed a logo that symbolised luxury and prestige through clean lines and subtle detailing. The brand’s aesthetic was complemented by a minimalist website with a contemporary white and grey colour palette. This approach allowed us to emphasise the properties themselves, using large imagery and video content. Every visual element was meticulously designed to ensure it spoke directly to discerning buyers looking for exceptional homes.
The consistency of the Finest by Bernards identity extended to printed materials such as high-quality business cards, luxury brochures, and a bespoke acrylic office sign. These physical elements not only supported the brand’s elegant visual identity but also reinforced the agency’s commitment to providing aspirational property sales and expert services in the luxury market.
