Michael Luck joined the team in December 2021, as our apprentice graphic designer, through the Government’s Kickstart scheme.

We asked Michael to reflect on how we is finding life here at Creative Clique Towers so far, and we were so happy with his review, we decided to share it with our blog readers. Thank you, Michael!

“Working in a very close knit team has made for a very pleasant working environment; everyone’s very friendly and has made coming into the office something I look forward to. It’s been great having a variety of different jobs to work on that will exercise different disciplines, it really helps keep things fresh. 

I was taught a lot about design practice at university, but one thing that doesn’t quite prepare you for is what it’s like to work on live briefs with actual clients. My biggest learning experience has definitely been what it’s like to work on briefs that are going back to a real client and adjusting to any changes they may request. Working in an office/studio environment has also been a considerable change after finishing my university degree from my bedroom, not sure the early mornings are something I’ll ever get used to though!”
