For those of you who have met me at the various business events I attend, I’m sure you would have seen my ‘triangle of truth’ drawing quickly scribbled on anything close by. Well today a client requested a quoted item to be:

A) reduced in price
B) to look great
C) turned around fast

I very proudly sent them my ‘triangle of truth’ drawing. It’s an impossibility to have all 3 sides.
